what we do …

People and more importantly what they do or don’t do are going to be crucial to us meeting sustainability targets.

We need them to buy, travel, invest, eat, live - the list goes on - differently…..

But changing behaviour is hard.  Yet this is exactly what companies are going to need to focus on - supporting their employees, customers, partners - to behave differently to meet their sustainability goals and unlock substantial business benefits.

These may be big changes - sharing not owning, leasing not buying or small ones - deleting not saving, recycling not binning. But in all cases people will need support. We need to understand what it will take to shift people’s behaviour and then design physical and digital experiences specifically to support this shift.

That is where Halo by Design comes in.

Getting a Halo is hard…..ask any child…...we need to help through creating the right supports for our customers, employees and partners to shift their behaviours in the directions we need them to go to meet our sustainability goals.

And the great thing is - once people have shifted their behaviour in one area they are more likely to shift it in another….the Halo Effect…..leading to an exponential impact….which is what we need right now.
